UWPCE Evening Certificate PROGRAMFor over twenty years the Center has sponsored a non-degree Certificate in Commercial Real Estate aimed at mid-career professionals working in real estate and related professions. This program is an intensive series of interrelated evening courses offered over nine months. There are more than 600 graduates of this program successfully working throughout the Northwest Region. In the future, the Center plans to sponsor a series of shorter, more focused career development courses to help those in the real estate profession keep current with cutting edge knowledge and continue to develop the skills essential for leadership within an increasingly complex and interdisciplinary industry. This program is administered by the UW Office of Professional & Continuing Education.
