Mardi Morrison
Concurrent MSRE/CM CANDIDATE 2011
Mardi Morrison has over 10 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. He has experience in acquisitions and management of market rate multi-family housing and group housing for clients who serve the adult special needs community.
Mardi has also been actively involved in urban redevelopment projects that have resulted in commercial and residential property redevelopment, and re-energizing neighborhood commercial districts. He has worked with private developers, municipal planning and development agencies, and Business Improvement District entities. Mardi has played a major role in the repositioning and redevelopment of a number of underutilized commercial properties by providing public and private organizations with planning, guidance and site utilization assessments.
Currently, Mardi is enhancing his knowledge of real estate development, asset valuation and construction project management by pursuing a M.S. in Real Estate and a M.S. in Construction Management at the University of Washington-Seattle. His areas of interest within the CRE
industry are real estate development, strategic planning and asset management. Mardi has a M.S. in Urban Studies from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State.
Mardi has a long history of serving and improving his community through volunteer service and involvement with various community-based organizations.
