MIKE MCCORMICK
Senior Vice President, Bentall Kennedy
Michael R. McCormick is a Senior Vice President at Bentall Kennedy with responsibility for Asset Management. He serves as the Director of Asset Management for MEPT – Western United States and for the Separate Account clients. He oversees 98 assets totaling $3.5 billion.
Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy in 1995, Mr. McCormick held a senior position at Travelers Realty Investment Company in its Asset Management group. During his eight year tenure at Travelers, one of the country’s largest insurance companies (currently in the Fortune 100) and an owner of over $4 billion of real estate at that time, he was responsible for managing over five million square feet of assets and directly involved in selling twenty properties. Prior to his time at Travelers, Mr. McCormick owned a real estate consulting company in the Seattle area that focused on acquiring entitlements for development projects. He successfully represented over fifty projects in this role.
Mr. McCormick holds a B.A. degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University.
