Prospective Students
Master of Science in Real Estate Admission Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 during the last 90 undergraduate credits or 60 credits (on a semester schedule)..
- Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) scores
- TOEFL scores for international applicants
More competitive applications will have the following:
- Academic acheivement in undergraduate coursework
- Excellent writing and critical thinking skills
- Professional exposure to the real estate industry
MASTER OF URBAN PLANNING - REAL ESTATE SPECIALIZATION REQUIREMENTS:
